Owners Jaime and Theresa Crespo have a long and colorful history in the hospitality industry. They met under the palapa bar at Jalapenos restaurant on Kirby Drive, which was a Houston tradition for over 18 years. There, Jaime was managing partner and enjoyed a great reputation for offering impeccable service and scrumptious cuisine. Theresa, a native Houstonian orchestrated many destination weddings and special events in Mexico and the Caribbean during her time in the travel industry. Her true passion was always cooking, and she now enjoys creating dishes influenced by her travels, as well as her family history.
